1. Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive an automated email containing tracking information when your shipping label is generated.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Packaging
- Discreet Packaging: Orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with no external mention of chemical compound names, product details, or sensitive branding.
- Product Protection: Materials are wrapped in impact-resistant packaging to help protect them during standard transit.
4. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Address changes can only be made before a shipping label is generated.
